Hey guys its Niamh and today im going to share the Salzburg part of my trip I took back in October.

On Thursday the 15th of October we got on a train for Budapest, Hungary to Salzburg in Austria

Salzburg is definitely in the top five places I've been because of its beauty and the seamless combination of old and modern.

 

Whilst we were in Salzburg we stayed in Hotel Amadeus .

This hotel is so beautiful and it is in such a nice street, The street is pedestrian only although taxis and deliveries are allowed along so you just have to watch out.

If you ever find yourself in this beautiful city be sure to check it out because despite it being small it was still able to accommodate my family of 5.

  When we got to the hotel it was after four pm so we went for a walk around the streets and it was quite strange because there was all these old buildings which housed shops like Chanel, Pandora, Michael Korrs and Mac.

On our walk we found this absolutely amazing restaurant called Spaghetti and Co.  Just click on the name of the restaurant and it will take you to the trip advisor page

. We loved this place so much that 2 out of three nights we had dinner here.

The staff were all so nice.

 

Whilst in Salzburg we also visited the football , went on a Sound of Music tour and went to see eagles nest which is near the Austrian/German border.
