Hey guys its Niamh and for todays post I am going to let you know my top 3 tips to staying healthy, happy and positive all the time.
1. Just recently I started this one and it is to have a large glass of tap water at dinner time with my evening meal. It keeps your water intake up. Its a good idea to do it at dinner time because you have loads of flavour in your meal so you don't need it in your drink. It also really helps to improve your skin.

2. My second tip is to keep a protein ball/bar or your favourite healthy snack in your dance/gym bag. I also take these for a snack on the go between afterschool dance practice and ballet class during the week. These are really good long bursts of energy. They don't look the best but they taste fabby!!
They also aren't rock solid so they don't destroy your teeth which is always a plus.

3. My last one is to travel and go to new places or if you cant afford that go to your favourite place. First of all there is loads of walking involved in sightseeing so you are exercising without realizing. Also most of the time travelling makes us happy and being happy helps maintain a healthy mind and body.
