Hey guys, it's Leah here. Today I wanted to do a post on two Sleek Palettes I have bought recently, which I have tried out once.

I bought the Sleek Highlighting Palette in Solstice and the Sleek Concealer palette.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

 

So when I finally found this on the Boots website I HAD to order it!

£9.99 from Boots or Superdrug

 

 

 

LOOK HOW GORGEOUS THE PACKAGING IS!!!

 

 

These are the highlighters, Eclipse, Hemisphere, Subsolar and Equinox.

 

• Gorgeous packaging!! (gold)
• Has a magnetic closure, and you know I love when products have a magnetic closure
• 1 cream highlighter and 3 powder highlighters
• Really pigmented
• INTENSE HIGHLIGHT when you apply this
• The brush is kind of scratchy so probably would use my own, good idea though if anyone who bought this didn't have a brush to apply it
• Has a nice selection of highlight colours
• Good drugstore price



If you manage to find this BUY IT!!! Honestly its worth a tenner and if you love highlight then this is for you!!

Sleek Concealer Palette - 04

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

 

Since Boots have/had a "2 for £10" deal on, I decided to purchase another thing, just because the deal was so good!!

  From left to right, light concealer, darker concealer then a powder.

 

 

When I purchased the palette, I didn't expect it to be this small. The top palette is a cheap concealer palette, which is the size I was expecting but I don't mind, I just thought I would point that out.

 

• Comes with a under eye concealer, darker concealer which can be used for contour and a yellow toned powder with SPF 15 in it.
• The shade of palette I got was 04 which was kind of guessed from looking at pictures but somehow guessed correctly!
• The darker concealer in the palette is too orange for my pale skin.
• Probably won't use the darker concealer for contour but will use it if I want to use a cream bronzer.
• Concealers smell like waxy crayons, which is not nice.
• Concealers are VERY wet, kind of creamy but more moist and smooth.
• Concealers don't cover up much, more light coverage.
• Powder is a great under eye brightening powder!
• Great drugstore price
• Small palette but comes with enough product
• Great size for travel and can fit in a handbag easily without taking up much space

 

This is a good product but the smell really puts me off. I know I won't reach for the concealers in the palette often but will probably use the powder a lot! Would recommend, for the powder.
